Southside Fire & Safety delivery and Pricing Policies.

For Orders Within Australia:

Once you have ordered your product online, we appreciate your urgency to receive your item. We will post it through e-parcel with Australia Post or any other Courier (eg: GO, Fast Way, TNT...), you might be able to track your purchase with a unique tracking code and link.

Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects, including shipping.

Orders will be dispatched the same day and please allow 2 – 5 working days for item's receipt.

If next day delivery is needed,please call us upon completion of your order on 1300 021 965.

Note- some restrictions apply to the shipping of fire extinguishers and certain goods which we sell, should this effect your order we will be in contact with you shortly after your order has been completed.

International Orders:

Southside Fire & Safety Ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and estimate 10 – 30 working days from dispatch. Southside Fire & Safety does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives. The shipping will be adjusted depending on your location.

Acceptance of Goods:

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Southside Fire & Safety Pty Limited immediately, either by phone, 1300 021 965 or email mail@southsidefiresafety.com.au

Southside Fire & Safety will take care in packaging items and inspect all stock before delivery for faults. Southside Fire & Safety reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response given with 48hours of receipt of item. Postage of this item will be refunded on receipt by Southside Fire & Safety of the item being deemed faulty. If an item has a request to replace on your order receipt form received with your purchase, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the item is unable to be replaced a full refund will be given by way of credit card reimbursement.

Pricing:

Southside Fire & Safety reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped. A processing fee might be applied at our discretion.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or without incorrect information, Southside Fire & Safety reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders:

Returns & Exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed, and is with original packaging. The products must also have all original tags attached.

You can return or exchange merchandise to our online store within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. A processing fee might be applied at our discretion. To return merchandise to our online store securely pack the return merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box, send back to Southside Fire & Safety (at your cost) to the following address:

We advise that when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracing service to ensure the safe delivery to us.
